This shop recently changed hands and is to become (I believe) an estate agents and carpet shop. The pub in the distance has been empty for years. This means a lot to me (for the visual diary) but probably is boring to most. Our local chemist is just out of shot on the left. We are lucky in our village: without a car you can get everything (just about) you need.
You're absolutely right to include this in your visual diary because it's part of your village and its history. It doesn't matter if other people find it boring.
