This photo was taken in December. The same person was responsible for the world famous Kings College Chapel in Cambridge. Already there are signs of new life: snowdrops and aconites out and daffodils in bud. Even the birds are thinking about nests in those old horse chestnuts planted to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo. It will soon be time to get the grass mower out at home!
