I had hoped to have a stunning picture of the Blood Moon to post but after weeks of sunshine, clear skies and no rain, last night was cloudy here in the Midlands of England and there was no view of the Blood Moon! I took this earlier in the evening 'just in case'.

That pink at the base of the petals is a nice contrast to the yellow
