Last month, the iconic Grade II listed Claremont Hotel in Eastbourne was engulfed in flames as guests were having breakfast. Everyone was evacuated safely except for minor injuries, but all that is left of this beautiful hotel is the front facade and part of the back wall, as seen through one of the front windows.
