Despite two years rain, amongst all the lush vegetation there are many reminders that the land stills bears the scars from the fires of 2019/2020. This was taken at Honey Suckle Creek. You can see the rocks are scorched and many of those trees on the mountain are dead. The fire that roared over that mountain pretty much obliterated everything in its path.
