Grasmere.

Grasmere lake and village. I took this shot while walking up Loughrigg fell. The poet William Wordsworth described it as "the loveliest spot that man hath ever found".
Beautiful love the lakes.

Absolutely beautiful , Lee . Lovely flatness of the lake with its subtle cloud reflections , great colour tones and contours of the distant hills caught and reflected in the sunlight Big fav

Beautiful landscape, fav. I've stayed in Grasmere and walked around the lake, and I think that Mr. Wordsworth (who is buried in the village I think) may be absolutely right.
