20 MPH speed limit, no pavements, and plenty traffic slowing measures. Still you'll risk your life walking or cycling here. There are the odd, caring, considerate drivers though.

my guess is that there isn't going to be much street lighting for pedestrians either. The lighting you do have here on the road however, really makes the picture.
