Male on Top

Back to the birds.
Usually when one of these finches is around, the other is not far behind but it's the first time I've been able to get a picture showing both of them, fairly clearly, in the same shot.

Wonderful shot, lovely looking birds.
The male looks really bright , the female looks a bit like our Greenfinch.
