The ice is still with us but happily we do not seem to be forming any more. The birds were out in force around the feeder this morning and my male Cardinal was among them, sitting in the ice coated branches.
Wonderful shot. If this were my image, I think I would have fun playing with turning it into a black and white - everything but the cardinal. Keep him red. Hope you are OK in the ice and that you get to keep your power.
@april341 I might try the black and white idea, after the holidays when I have more time to play. We were among the lucky ones who got to keep our power except for a very brief few minutes.Some are still without and no promise that they will have it back in time for Christmas Day.
