Look who dropped by my yard yesterday afternoon. Not good news for the sparrows and other small birds in the area but a bit of a thrill for me to see one of these quite close up.

Super capture! I don't know what's happened to the sparrows here [Sussex, England] - I haven't seen one for months. Maybe he's been over here picking them off?
@smiffy37 I don't know what is happening in Sussex but here (Ontario, Canada) we still have many sparrows, mostly house sparrows and dark eyed junkos, in my yard, which is probably what attracted the hawk.
