@wtrsres I used Photoshop to do this.I'm sure it could also be done in Photoshop Elements. I think there are other less expensive, or even free, programs out there that you could use, but I don't have experience with them so can't point you in the right direction.
It's a case of layering the photos together and then using masks to pull in the parts you want from each one and blend them together. I am still just learning and struggling but it is a lot of fun, and exciting, when you are finally able to achieve the look you are going for.
