Brussels sprouts on Ice

Continuing with 'produce week'. Some of the biggest sprouts I've ever seen at the grocery store today. Brussels sprouts on steroids!

@joysabin I took the picture in the store and I didn't actually buy any. They were so large I was afraid they would be tough and they were expensive enough that I wasn't willing to risk it.

Brussel sprouts have a bad rap. Cook them well and they're delicious
