Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia

Going for a twist today with this black pasta made with squid ink. A sort of 'negative' version of the usual white or cream coloured spaghetti.
I haven't tried it yet. We will be having pasta in our menu even more often than usual after this week is over.

The color is cool, but the sound of squid ink has me wondering if it tastes good. Great for a shot though.
