As many of you probably know, Niagara Falls is partly in Canada and partly in the USA. There is a boat tour going out from the US side, called "the Maid of the Mist Tour" and then there is the one going out from the Canadian side called "the Hornblower Niagara Cruise". Far as I can tell, they both do a very similar run around the foot of the falls but everyone on the 'Maid' tour gets a blue rain poncho to wear while those on the 'Hornblower' tour get a red one.
