When I went to have a closer look at the big tires that had been dumped in the park, this dog came over to the fence and began barking at me. And continued barking and barking. I couldn't figure out if he was trying to protect the tires or trying to keep people from dumping more. Eventually I moved on, before the poor thing had a heart attack from his barking frenzy. I took this picture in a quiet moment when he was catching his breath.
