My first squirrel photo! It was gobbling very small hard callery pear fruit off of our Aristocrat Pear Tree...must be getting ready for Winter! This tree attracts birds and other wildlife because of the callery fruit.
Thank you! Yes, he does look like a gymnast! I watched him for awhile nibbling away at the small fruit and drop the remnants on the grass...a very messy eater! Doesn't he know that there are other squirrels starving and he shouldn't be so wasteful?!? :) @casablanca
