I have had a love affair with horses since I was 3 years old. I read horse stories, had a room full of plastic horses and went riding whenever I got the chance. My favorite gift was a retired polo pony for my 13th birthday. I rode English and enjoyed Equitation and Hunter/Jumper events at horse shows, once competing in a hair raising Steeplechase! I was offered a job exercising race horses at the track but declined as I am not an early morning person. I did get another retired thoroughbred later and rode until I was 24 years old. I boarded my horse at Will Roger Historic State Park in the beautiful barn. I was one lucky girl...
I am going to go bareback riding on a beach in Heaven, I have decided. I am so horribly allergic to these amazing majestic creatures that I can't go near them. So yes......Heaven has horses, I reckon!
