This is my handsome husband having a one sided chat with Mark Twain. As it turned out, we only had one child but he has been a parents dream. He began to talk at 5-9 months with single words, then reciting his full address and talking in complete sentences at 18 months. Besides having a high IQ, he is kind, responsible, disciplined and has been self sufficient since college. Unfortunately, after he was born, the mold was broken. Sadly, I had four ectopic pregnancies that were not meant to be. I am so lucky our boy made me a mother and my husband a father and now the proud grandparents of three darling little boys. My son never read the above quote so his house is full of wild activity. So...Happy Father’s Day to my sweet husband, my precious son and my dear dad in heaven.
Today is also our sweet Sophie's 11th birthday (teacup Schnauzer) but I will post her photo next week. Happy day to everyone, however you celebrate this Sunday.

@ludwigsdiana Thank you, Diana. Sometimes the things I want are just not in the cards...no sister, no daughter and now no granddaughter. So, I love to have girl animals...and I am almost as happy! :)
