The only way to live is
to accept each minute as
an unrepeatable miracle
which is exactly what it is:
A miracle and unrepeatable.

I have been wondering where all the ladybugs have gone. Usually I will see them here and there on leaves in the backyard but I had not seen any this year. However, when I went to fill up the bird feeder hanging from one of the four crepe myrtles, I saw many attached to the bark of these trees in various forms...Eggs, Larva, Pupa and Adult. There were at least 100! It was quite the surprise that I had my very own ladybug farm!
There are 4 stages in the life cycle of the ladybug.
The egg stage lasts for about 1 week.
The larva stage lasts for about 3 weeks.
The pupa stage lasts for about 1 week.
The adult stage can last for up to 12 weeks.
