This was taken at the Theatre of Lights which is a free holiday lighting extravaganza at the Old Sacramento Waterfront. The highlight of the 20 minute production is a live dramatization on the balconies of the calamities for the early pioneers of Sacramento in the 1850's. The sounds of fires, floods and parties surround the audience as the 150 year old building facades light up with color. It also features a live action retelling of Moore's 1823 poem, "Twas the Night Before Christmas.ā
