This is another cool wind sculpture. It was up in South Lake Tahoe and designed by Lyman Whitaker. I wish it was in my backyard.

For some reason I thought this was a Catalina Island piece but I then I saw the snow on the mountains so I knew that's wasn't the case. Then I read your description and see it's from Tahoe. Nice piece! It would look great in your yard.
