Nova is in the teething stage at 18 weeks old. Interesting that the ears drop and go back during teething, a natural stage in ear development. She is sweet and adorable but you need to watch her every minute. Nova gets into everything. She pulled a wool thread out of the middle of my favorite rug! And...You didn't need the box for the playing cards, did you? :)
I am not use to having a big dog in our home. Nova can put her paws on the edge of the counter and reach anything. She can reach the plates on the table while on all four paws too! I am reminded why I have had it so easy with little 5 pound Sophie Belle. And Katniss never jumps on the kitchen counters. Food on table and/or counters has always been safe. Not anymore when Nova comes to visit!
We had two of the grand boys and Nova over to our home yesterday. The smoke and air quality was hazardous at my son's home air 500 air quality index (AQI).
@shutterbug49 Our air quality was 217 yesterday but Folsom was at 500!!! Today Folsom was in the 400 range…still terrible! I guess the breeze stopped and the smoke settled there.
@novab Luckily she is not my dog, but my son's and his family. I just puppy sit for them every now and then. Nova is very sweet but is going to be HUGE...she already is at 4 months old! :)
