These are my roses that I have been sharing with Katniss.
Katniss had to go to the vet today to have her left eye checked. I was worried because yesterday it became weepy, wet and her eye wasn't fully open. After a dye was put in her eye, they did not see any scratches. The vet thinks what ever it was that bothered her eye, she is already on the mend, though still moist. No eye drops were needed and no infection. Good news.
Tomorrow, big puppy Nova and my oldest grand boy will be spending the weekend. I am hoping we can do a 300 piece puzzle together, watch an old classic movie or two and bake cookies. I will have to find some "play doggie dates" to wear Nova out.
