Poor Peanut Butter. Some neighborhood cat (we do not know who) has attacked him on several occasions. I noticed the wounds on his cheek and notified his family.

After Peanut Butter went to the vet, he remained inside for almost 3 weeks while he healed. They had to shave the top of his head and cheek.

Peanut Butter is back visiting but he seems different. He has been hurt. I am giving him some extra attention and I hope he gets back to his old self again. He has a sweet soul.

Katniss would never admit looking for him and maybe even missing him. But she did. Katniss will still chase him away when the mood strikes.
