I like these old pumps in Truckee, although they no longer pump gas. I filled my tank the other day. It cost about $80 at $4.80 a gallon for regular. On the other hand, I have a few mineral rights in Texas and I don't drive that much.
There is a retro feel to this shot, even without my reading your narrative. I think it's the reds in combo with the yellow building in the background. Fav
