is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu, arnibal (sweetener and flavoring), and sago pearl (similar to tapioca pearls).[2] This staple comfort food is a signature sweet and taho peddlers can be found all over the country. The Indonesian and Malaysian equivalent of this snack is tauhue.
i love taho, i grew up eating taho every morning. and i look forward to my visit next month and taho will be part of my morning routine. here in toronto we get this when we go to a dimsum restaurant and this is one of their fares, but it's not the same as our taho. nice one!
Now I'm very curious. My Dad was stationed in Manila and mentioned a lot of foods from there, but I don't recall mention of this. I love bubble tea with tapioca pearls. I wonder how similar this is.
