This Net-Winged Beetle was climbing the 6x6 that supports our porch roof when I noticed his bright orange body. It has fine texture on its soft wing covers, something not seen on many beetles, and resembles a firefly but doesn't glow. Its name comes from the ridges and net-like pattern on the wings.
