The Path in the Park

3 May 2017 - Half and Half

These stones (color enhanced by the rain) are part of the architecture that mark the entrance to John Brown Park, which was dedicated by President Teddy Roosevelt in 1910.
One of the stones looks like a heart. This must be a nice park to visit.

A strong ending wall and th park looks inviting. You spotted a way to make this work as half and half. That's the trick.

First glance I thought it was the trunk of a palm tree. Nice framing.

Love how the rain has saturated the color in those stones.

Excellent half and half. You really took advantage of the dof and using that to make the viewer a part of the picture.
