June 28 Blue Heron The Story Is In The Shadow IMG_3726

As I was waiting for anything out of the ordinary, this Heron squawked loudly and started chasing another Heron than was in the big pond. I loved catching the shadow and seeing the outline of the total bird. While the shadow shows the head plainly, one must look hard below the body to see it.
