July 27 Green Heron Colors IMG_4269AAA

Seeing A Green Heron is a rare occurrence for me. They are second only to Hummingbirds in their skittishness. This Heron was active in broad daylight. Once again my 150-600 Tamron allowed me to get good details even with a major cropping.
