Upon hearing the Blue Jay commotion, I stepped on the deck and noticed activity in the treetops about 100 yards away. As I was shooting at various zoom levels, this Blue Jay came over to join. I never saw it as I was shooting but it was a pleasant surprise as I viewed the shots.
