So tonight, I decided to cook. I began by boiling the water for the spaghetti, then sauteing (sp?) the yellow and red peppers, onions and garlic in some olive oil. Got 4 pieces of thick cut bacon started, for the final garnish, then started on making the biscuits you see above ... from scratch. Found a recipe that only took about 35 min. from start to end of bake. Added a little salt, pepper, white pepper and just a pinch of red pepper flakes. Once this was incorporated, as the initial veggies were caramelized, I added the broccoli, and fresh-cut tomatoes, then the bacon after another 5 minutes. Ready! The pics above are the skillet before bacon, after adding bacon, then plates on table and ready to eat! Yum, yum ... yum!
