A movie about our Maremma dogs who guard our penguins is being filmed in Warrnambool now. I was an extra for the street scene on Tuesday and manage to sneak a few photos as well! The dog is just beautiful and waited patiently to do his run down the street. Shane Jacobson is playing the role of "Swampy" the guy who originally had the dogs guarding his chooks.
