365th - Not spectacular but sentimentally special.
Had been thinking of what spectacular photo I could find to end my year on 365 when I had a phone call to change it all. We were invited to my brother and his wife's place in Ballarat for a New year's Eve Lunch. And to make it so special all 5 of us (brothers & sisters) were able to be there from all over the state. So here is a photo of the Gilbert gang with my terminally ill brother in the middle! So far he is going ok but is losing weight and tires easily, but has a fantastic positive spirit. The best happy ending to my 365 project :)
Congratulations!!!! This photo is just beyond precious. It certainly is a very special number 365. I'm not sure whether it just ends your first year or you are heading off in different directions? All the best in whatever yo do.
Sometimes the people can make the shot spectacular. And having your family together is just fantastic. What a great way to finish up your years project. And congratulations for making it!! 🎉🎉🎉
The usual suspects. ;) Definitely the most special photo of the year - leaving the best until last. Glad you all were able to get together. It's a lovely shot. :)
There's something unique about the group of people in this photo as they share a common upbringing and common memories. I m glad you were able to get together and capture this photo. Congratulations on completing your project and blessings to you in 2015!
Almost missed this. I thought I was following you, but see that the tab needed to be rechecked. this is a very lovely picture ... wonderful that you are all together in the same time and place. Happy New Year Denise.
