Good to see that the apple hasn't fermented. When we lived in the UK we had apple trees in our garden. We were away for a few weeks and when we got back some of the apples had fallen on the ground. We spotted a blackbird looking rather legless sitting next to one of the fermented apples and I think it was the best Happy Hour he had ever had.
