A new visitor to the echium

I was happy to see a yellow admiral butterfly visit the echium a few days ago.

Lovely detail. Particularly on the butterfly. And your photo makes me miss echium in bloom. I've planted three of them in my front yard, but we'll have to wait another six months or more to see them flower like that one.
