Yesterday we went to a Nature Reserve and on the way home we stopped at a garden centre. We had never been to either place before and I took the wrong turn for the garden centre. This led me a short distance down a small road, looking for somewhere to turn around. We came across a bridge over a river and several vehicles parked. I pulled in to turn around and we saw that there was a grassed riverbank with lots of chickens roaming.
As we had just been to the nature reserve we had our cameras in the car. We saw this as a photo opportunity and got out of our car and took our cameras out of the boot, probably much to the amusement of other people sitting in their parked vehicles watching us!
