I like a boiled egg for breakfast on Saturdays. This is a throwback to my working days when I didn't have much time in the mornings on weekdays but Saturday's breakfast was a boiled egg and toast.
Yummy ,-- I do love a lovely brown boiled egg -- with its rich yellow to orange yolk ! Now my favourite egg-time treat is on Sunday tea-time especially in winter !
