Ready For The Oven

I haven’t been out today. One of the things I’ve done is make a fruit cake. Took a shot for 365 before putting it in the oven.

Nice one -I usually fit in some baking while the roast is in the oven on a Sunday -- You should share the finished result with us !! I also use a loaf tin in making every day cakes --so much easier to slice !
