Wymondham Abbey in the early morning winter sunshine.
I took my car to a garage in Wymondham early this morning for a service and MOT. I had some time to kill waiting for the first bus home. I took the opportunity to take some phone shots. A freezing cold morning, the pavements were icy and slippery. But nice to see the sun.
This is a lovely shot. There is a Wymondham in both Norfolk & Leicestershire & both pronounce it differently! In Norfolk it is “windam” & in Leics they pronounce all the syllables “ “why-mond- am. “
