Veggie Box

We joined a CSA this year. It's really expanded my cooking vocabulary. Russian Kale, Jerusalem Artichokes, Pak Choi... and I had to find a way to make radishes edible too! I slow roasted them with a sweet balsamic reduction! Yum!
