This ain't a great picture, but it means a lot to me. This was the glass of wine I shared with our contractor after we hammered out the last of the details in the contract for our addition. We will get started in January! This has been a LOOOOOONG and arduous process already and we haven't even begun the actual work. But I am so happy to have a date set to start!
