I had no photos taken yet today when we came back from a formal black-tie dinner dance. I was going to take a selfie of me in my tux. BUT we found water all over our kitchen when we got home! It was 11:00 at night and we spent up to midnight cleaning and moping and positioning buckets.
It turned out that the tarping that had been used to cover the work site where we are having our addition put on, blew partially loose in 40 mph winds. The windows and doors had had their trim and siding removed and therefore were leaking.
Fortunately the rain let up and the buckets we laid out only caught a few more drips. This is a shot of a boot-mat that got dripped on and was the most interesting looking thing I could think of to shoot at a few minutes before midnight!
