A colourful spring planter.

I am a member of a small band of like minded people who tend the green spaces in Rishton where I live.
This is one of our planters outside the Catholic Church.The white hyacinths, yellow pansies, red and purple polyanthus make an attractive display.

The floral tubs really do brighten the place up.
The Council have in recent years placed their floral towers outside the library and also in Accrington in the pedestriansed shopping area.
