Four sliced cooked Vegan sausages, sweetcorn, carrot, red pepper, parsnip, tomato, mushrooms.
Roast the vegetables until cooked. Boil the potatoes. Put the mashed potatoes on top of the roasted vegetables and grate cheese onto the mash. Place in the oven gas mark 6 for ten minutes to complete. Enjoy.
