Head in my Hands

I'm far to busy today to do anything approaching art, so here - have some head. Ooh er missus.
gee - how did I know this was you - as my screen returned to home my mind said " oh there's Graeme"
it looks nicely aged and festered - the skull too

Where on earth did you dig that up from? You get more Macabre everyday!
March 13th, 2015
@shepherdmanswife I dug it up from my garden. It's been buried there for about 4 months waiting for it to get to this stage, now it's in the sun to get bleached...quite normal ;)
@annied We both thank you and pride ourselves on looking festered

@graemestevens I knew you would be pleased to know that

Jae
Love that guy!
March 13th, 2015
Great skull! It totally suits B&W!
March 14th, 2015
LOL great shot.
March 14th, 2015
You amuse me.
March 14th, 2015
I'm glad its not going to sneeze dirt with those huge nose bones!
March 14th, 2015
most excellent... i truly appreciate the absurd
March 14th, 2015
@annied It's a look that has taken years to perfect
@lifepause So do I, just wish I had more!
@kwind Thanks very much :)
@mzzhope Thanks very much indeed :)
@melston I thank you ;)
@maggiemae You and me both ;)
March 14th, 2015
@northy That's about all I'm good for today!
March 14th, 2015
@graemestevens and you carry it off perfectly :)
March 14th, 2015
ugh. That's kind of gross, but it looks really good in b&w!
March 14th, 2015
Actually, I feel just the same. Black and white can elevate almost anything to art... this certainly qualifies. :)
March 14th, 2015
@tabarlett Thanks very much - there's no grossness left, it's just dirt ;)
@rosiekerr Thank you kindly :)

Hmm, just speculating if it would have looked better against black. Background is a bit busy. But cool idea, and I see more skull pictures coming.
March 14th, 2015
Alas poor Yorick, I knew him Graeme, a fellow of infinite jest.....
March 14th, 2015
Busy background makes it quite interesting I think, all those patterns mimic the details in the skull.

Sam
Bit rude!
March 14th, 2015
He is smiling. He looks happy.
March 14th, 2015
Brilliant shot Graeme.
March 14th, 2015
@annied I was going to say the same thing. I was scrolling through and when this pic showed up I said to myself..."there he is!" Great as always Graeme.
March 14th, 2015
Superb details
March 14th, 2015
Oh btw I meant to make reference to The Radiators too but got distracted - egotistical twats from my experience but fun to see live.
March 14th, 2015
@annied Make reference to anything you like...
@andy3168 Thanks very much
@divast8er Thank you kindly...always nice to be type cast ;)
@tonygig Thanks very much indeed
@newbank He should be after finally being dug up for good ;)
@gigiflower Snigger ;)
@trinda Thanks very much :)
@deliad better than "out out damned spot" I guess...
@888rachel Yes, I tend to agree....more time would be nice but it does need a black background I think
March 14th, 2015
@graemestevens I shall but for now that will do - snigger indeed
March 14th, 2015
Looks like there really is something in all these stories of NZers and their attraction to sheep.
March 16th, 2015
@golftragic Not usually this end of them though...
March 16th, 2015
@graemestevens Too true. But I was being polite!
March 16th, 2015
@golftragic Good lord, why?
March 16th, 2015
I got a chuckle from your description. Thanks!
March 20th, 2015
