The View From Home. by graemestevens

The View From Home.

This is the view this morning from the breakfast table. It's ever changing, just like my personality...I did have plans for some sort of grand self portrait this morning however I'm rapidly running out of time and I also have my third interview (for the same company) in the last two weeks. Surely I'm getting closer? How long can it take for the person interviewing me (which has been the same person all the way through the process) to see my sheer, unadulterated fabulosity?
Wow, nice view!

Indeed Graeme, I don't think he's fit for the post! You should obviously have his job! Wonderful view with such beautiful layers!

This interview guy can't probably work out if you are real or not, Graeme! This outlook looks a bit wintry at the moment - great contours!
April 12th, 2015
Looks like a similar view here.. very grey day.. and chilly.. not ready for this yet.. Your interviewer must be a slow learner.. Great shot

@maggiemae Thanks - we have all of that typical West Coast weather rolling in at the moment!
@happypat Thanks very much - this is my favourite time of year for this view...and yes, I might suggest that I take his job this morning!
@andy_holding Thanks very much - it's at it's most dramatic at this time of year.
April 12th, 2015
@julzmaioro Thanks very much - the West Coast is trying to teach us a lesson today I think - very wet, windy and slightly cooler than I was hoping for!
April 12th, 2015
Such a beautiful scene, Graham - wonderful to look at over breakfast!
April 12th, 2015
A very moody view, very nice. I can't believe it is the same person interviewing you each time. Did he forget to ask you a pressing question? Good luck

Lee
I like this shot, suits the mono tones very well. Fav.
April 12th, 2015
@gamelee Thank you very much - it looked almost the same in colour today!
@888rachel I might have to ask him a pressing question today - and than you very much :)
@susanalena It is and it's constantly chaining - our fence is the town boundary and we look across farmland to this and the mountain...when it deigns to show it's face of course!

"Fabulosity." Great description of you AND the view from your breakfast table. Love the soft contours & layers. Fav!
April 12th, 2015
@jetr Thank you so much - I didn't want to seem arrogant but I am rather wonderful ;)
April 12th, 2015

April 12th, 2015
@hermann Thanks very much - it's not often that I get a soft shot right ;)

April 12th, 2015
Looks like it belongs in a magazine. Love the layers and the misty look to this. Great in B&W. Fav.
April 12th, 2015
@pistache Thanks very much - it better win the day!
@cdean1956 Thank you so much :)
April 13th, 2015
Great view and lovely layers - hopefully you will have an answer about the job soon!
April 13th, 2015
@dide Thanks very much - I think they may be about to offer but I'm ignoring that fact for fear of jinxing it.
April 13th, 2015
lovely layers of silhouette
and the peeps must me f***ing idiots not to see your fabulosity and do you really want to be with them - or - do you know that and plan to knock said f*wits from their tower mwahhahahahaha
April 13th, 2015
Lovely view and layers. they are probably wondering whether they can cope with your fabulosity - and saving money the longer the post is vacant. I am sure that he will succumb today.
April 13th, 2015
oh, loving the layers. really great in B&W
April 13th, 2015
Mystical.

April 13th, 2015
@graemestevens or deal with them accordingly hee hee
April 13th, 2015
@annied Absolutely. Accordingly is the only way.
April 13th, 2015
@graemestevens i love accordingly - and I will deal with you in that way if you do not head over forthwith to my main page and let me know if the edit works - or tomorrow will do if it is late your way
April 13th, 2015
Sam
3 interviews with the same dude? He must have a serious man crush on you...........!
April 13th, 2015
Just show him this picture, and explain how multi-textural you are. That should do it :)
April 13th, 2015
@mothermalarky That should do it - It would be better than showing him my other shots!
@gigiflower I think we're starting to have a serious relationship ;)
@annied I did - not sure how I missed that one
April 13th, 2015
@graemestevens thank yee :)
April 13th, 2015
Great view - good luck with the interview; sounds like a rather drawn out process
April 13th, 2015
@rachelwithey Thanks and yes, it is - next step is a medical. Might have to stay sober for that one!
April 13th, 2015
Yes that could help! Hope it goes well and they make a decision soon
April 13th, 2015
Goodness! Sounds like the recruitment process is intense! Best of luck!
April 14th, 2015
I like the drama in this shot -- fits the sense of drama and darkness around the job process.
April 14th, 2015
Very beautiful capture:).
April 14th, 2015
@joemuli Thank you kindly :)
@taffy Thanks very much - I guess it does really ;)
@northy Thanks very much :)
@rachelwithey Thanks again :)
April 14th, 2015
Wow... Three interviews. I'm becoming fearful to graduate and start that process... I hope your "sheer, unadulterated fabulosity" came across alright.
April 14th, 2015
Also. Fabulous picture. I'm jealous of your morning view.
April 14th, 2015
@ludgate I'm hoping I managed just the right amount of fabulosity as well - this is certainly the first time that the process has taken this long!
April 14th, 2015
Maybe they've seem your pictures on 365, that it takes them that long to decide. Good luck anyway. Great morning, afternoon view!
April 14th, 2015
@overalvandaan Thanks very much - we can only hope that they haven't seen my other shots!
April 14th, 2015
awesome image. hopefully the interview type person sees your sheer, unadulterated fabulosity soon.
April 15th, 2015
@bill_fe They should do, I was nothing short of brilliant in the interview ;)
April 15th, 2015
so misty and beautiful, are you sure you did not have wine with breakfast?
April 15th, 2015
@yaorenliu I may have...
April 15th, 2015
Not your usual kind of shot but very pretty.
April 15th, 2015
I knew it once I viewed your first image.....
April 15th, 2015
@whimsicalgrateful Thanks very much :)
@newbank Why thank you nice lady :)
April 15th, 2015
Beautiful, stunning, blah, blah, blah. ;-)
April 16th, 2015
Fabulous picture to go along with your fabulous personality! Frankly, I think they are trying to break you....trying to see what your limit for tedious banter is, and when you might explode....I hope this is not an indication for endless meetings in the future...
April 16th, 2015
@eyeamlisa Thanks very blah blah blah ;)
@panthora I hope it's not as well...I'm bird with it all ;)
April 16th, 2015
Oh my! You can do landscapes too! Fav!
April 17th, 2015
@yrhenwr Every now and then something sensible happens - and thank you kindly
