Great photo, can totally relate to that. IT expect me to stay on the phone while they do their stuff so I just watch the cursor moving on the screen and end up running late for all my patients.
The blueprint overlay has an amazing effect on this image. I'd use the word 'genius' but I don't want your head to swell, as you've intimated excess weight is a concern. ;-)
