That's going to be a good project to follow with your camera! I love old buildings that need some fixing up. This has a lot of character. I bet it will be beautiful when it's done!
If the foundations are sound and he’s got the money and the timeit could be great. These do tend to turn into money pits though so let’s hope he’s not trying to do it on the cheap or I foresee disappointment and debt.
