I'm not entirely sure why but this is my favourite boulder on the beach. I call him Farquhar and like to imagine that he visits other beaches when not on duty. I have also been reliably informed that he has been seen at Frederic's Public House on a Friday night and is partial to a blood orange gin, enjoys jigsaw puzzles on a rainy weekend and long walks on the beach...so long in fact that he seems to have become stuck.
